LBM is an Islamic school with a clear mission. Our policies reflect our commitment to every student and to the trust every family places in us.
يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ
“Allah will raise those who have believed and those given knowledge, by degrees.”

Policies
These policies set out how LBM CBSE School for Girls protects, supports and respects every student and family. They are reviewed regularly and applied consistently — and we're always happy to explain any of them in person.
When you contact us through this website via phone, email, or our enquiry form, we collect the name, phone number, and email address you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your specific enquiry.
We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes, nor do we share it with any third party. This website uses Google Maps to display our location and provides links to our official YouTube channel (Al Hafiz Sahad Media); these services are governed by Google's privacy policies.
All student academic records and personal data are maintained securely by the school administration and are accessible only to authorized staff and the parents or guardians of the student concerned.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We prioritize a clean, private browsing experience for our visitors.
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have shared with us. Contact: lbmcbseschool@gmail.com.
All students at LBM are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, respect for teachers and fellow students, and responsibility for their own learning. Disruptive, dishonest or disrespectful behaviour is taken seriously.
LBM has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bullying in any form — physical, verbal or social. Any incident of bullying will be addressed promptly and firmly, with the wellbeing of all students as the first priority.
Mobile phones and personal electronic devices are not permitted during school hours unless specifically authorised by a teacher for an academic purpose. The school is not responsible for personal devices brought onto school premises.
All students are required to wear the school uniform in accordance with the LBM dress code. The dress code reflects the school's Islamic values and applies to all students. Details are provided at the time of admission.
Copying, cheating in assessments or submitting work that is not one's own is a serious offence. LBM upholds the highest standards of academic integrity in line with CBSE guidelines.
CBSE regulations require a minimum of 75% attendance. LBM strongly encourages all students to maintain attendance above this threshold throughout the academic year.
Parents or guardians must notify the school in advance of any planned absence. In the case of illness, a written note from the parent or guardian is required upon the student's return.
Students are expected to arrive before the school bell. Repeated late arrivals will be noted and parents will be informed. Punctuality is considered part of a student's conduct record.
The full fee structure is shared with families at the time of admission enquiry. There are no hidden charges. Any additional fees — such as for specific activities — are communicated clearly and in advance.
Fee payment schedules (monthly or termly) are confirmed at the time of admission. The school requests that fees be paid on time to ensure uninterrupted school operations.
We are considering tuition fee discounts for students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. All such requests are handled in confidence by the school administration — please contact the office directly to discuss.
The school takes a compassionate approach to fee difficulties. Parents are requested to communicate any hardship to the administration in advance rather than allowing arrears to accumulate.
Fees paid are non-refundable except in circumstances as defined by school policy, which will be communicated at the time of admission.
LBM is committed to the safety, wellbeing and dignity of every student. All staff are expected to maintain professional boundaries with students at all times and to act in the best interests of the children in their care.
Any concern about the safety or welfare of a student — whether raised by a student, parent or staff member — will be taken seriously and acted upon promptly. Parents and students are encouraged to report concerns to the school principal or administration without fear.
LBM is an exclusively girls' school from Grade III onwards. Access to school premises is managed and monitored. Visitors must report to the office and receive authorisation before entering the school building or grounds.
Any form of harassment — by students, staff or external parties — is strictly prohibited. The school will act decisively in any such case in accordance with applicable law and CBSE regulations.
LBM welcomes feedback from parents, guardians and students. If you have a concern about any aspect of your child's experience at the school, we encourage you to raise it directly with the class teacher in the first instance, and then with the principal if unresolved.
For formal grievances, parents may submit a written complaint to the school office addressed to the Principal. All formal grievances will be acknowledged within five working days and addressed in a fair and timely manner.
