How Admissions Work
01
Enquiry
Call or email the admissions office to confirm seat availability for the required class. Our team will guide you through the process from the first conversation.
You can visit the school in person or contact us by phone or email.
02
Application Form
Collect the admission form from the school office. Fill it completely and accurately, and attach two recent passport-size photographs of the student.
Forms are available at the office during working hours.
03
Document Submission
Submit the completed form along with the required documents. The admissions team will verify and provide an acknowledgment.
All documents are kept confidential and used only for school records.
04
Student Interaction
For Grade I and above, a brief and friendly oral or written interaction is conducted — not an exam, but a way to understand the child's current level and ensure she is placed appropriately.
Parents are welcome to be present during the interaction.
05
Seat Confirmation
Upon selection, fee payment confirms the seat. The school issues an admission letter with class allocation and reporting details.
Seats are confirmed only upon fee payment.
06
Orientation
Before the academic year begins, new students and their parents attend a brief orientation — covering school expectations, timetable, uniform and Islamic culture of the school.
A warm welcome into the LBM family.
